Sunset and evening star and one clear call for me. And may there be no moaning of the bar when I put out to sea. For though from out our bourne of time and place the flood may bear me far, I hope to see my Pilot face to face when I have crossed the bar.

Brian Gormly 1960-2013 Before Brian was old enough for kindergarten, his family was living in Hollywood. (Brian's dad was an American Airlines pilot and they moved around during Brian's early years). One day Brian’s mom, Vivian, saw an ad promoting a tiny tot beauty contest that would be held at the Hollywood Bowl. She entered Brian, who was the youngest and arguably the cutest of her five children. The other boy and girl contestants were also cute, but Brian stole the show when he strutted across the stage with his beaming grin and proceeded to shake the hands of each of the judges. Brian won the contest hands down. I'm sure all of you who knew Brian when he was a kid can picture him in his starring role at the Hollywood Bowl!

Patricia E. Hatter (Knight) 1960-2007 - While in high school, Patty had a secret crush on classmate Kenny Knight, confiding to her friends that Ken was the man she would some day marry. It wasn't until some ten years later that their paths crossed at work. Ken hadn't known Patty at all while at NHHS, but after hearing from a co-worker of Patty's long-time crush, he asked her out. They married three years later and had one son who attended and played football at NHHS! Patty's accidental death was a blow to all and she is sorely missed by her loving family and friends.
