| Mike Ashen was the first classmate to celebrate his 50th birthday! In January his wife threw a big Roast in his honor with many friends in attendance. This is an archival photo (Dec.`86) of Mike and buddy Jeff Ashton at the Bus Stop Saloon in San Francisco commiserating the loss of Jeff`s first wife. She left him after nine months of marriage. She felt Jeff was too obnoxious. He was obviously quite distraught over the whole experience. |

| These old-timers are all NHHS alumni who meet at Denny`s restaurant every Thursday for breakfast. Front and center is Woody Hadley, who was a NHHS Freshman the day our school opened in 1930! He graduated in 1934 and though he is now 92 years old, Woody still remembers much about his high school days in amazing detail. The rest of the group are grads from the 30`s, 40`s, and 50`s, but all NHHS alumni are welcome to join them for a 7am breakfast! |
