| The 1977 Varsity Football Team was the most successful NHHS team since 1942, finishing second in the Sunset League. Key players were Captain Don Barker, MVP Wayne Kasparek, Best Back Craig Lyons, Best Linebacker Doug Brockmeyer, Most Inspirational Steve Bullington, Most Improved Mike Gilbert, Coaches Award Jeff Bitetti. |

| COACH MCGEE... Me, Mike Ashen, and Harry Massingill attended a memorial for Coach near Fresno shortly after he passed away and his daughter gave us this photo as a momento. It was quite enlightening to meet his family and friends and hear his life story, outside of the persona we came to respect, fear, hate and love.

The pimary focus of these highly intellegent beings was to party. It was known to be more like a fraternity of schemers and perverts, but boy did thay have fun! Beloved advisor T. Scott Dukes was really just another student who got older, but never grew up. |
